Privacy Policy

The extension reads property listing data (price, address, beds, baths, sqft, tax, HOA, year built, days on market) from Zillow and Redfin web pages you visit. This data is used solely to calculate investment analysis metrics within the side panel.

Your default assumptions (down payment %, interest rate, etc.) and analysis history are stored locally in your browser using Chrome's storage API. Free history is limited to recent deals; Pro may unlock extended local history.

If you use Pro or billing-related flows, the product may process an anonymous user ID, license status, Pro status, and billing metadata needed to verify access.

The extension does not access your browser history, cookies, login credentials, or data from websites other than supported Zillow and Redfin property pages.

There are no advertising trackers and no product telemetry in the extension.

Property data extraction, calculation, and rendering happen within your browser. Product service requests, when used, are limited to license verification, Pro status, billing, settings connection, or features you explicitly request.

Analysis results and property history are stored in Chrome's local and sync storage. This data can be cleared at any time from the extension's settings page.

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy or the configured payment provider. Deal Analyzer ZT does not store full credit card numbers.

Deal Analyzer does not sell user data and does not send property analysis data to advertising networks.

Default assumptions are stored in Chrome sync storage and will sync across your Chrome instances if sync is enabled in your browser.

The extension requests the following permissions: storage (to save settings and history), activeTab (to detect property pages), sidePanel (to display the analysis panel), and scripting (to inject the content script). Host permissions are limited to zillow.com and redfin.com.

If we change this privacy policy, we will update this page with the new effective date. Continued use of the extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
